Change of contract
I am a STAFF member or FELLOW becoming a User
Step 1 : Procedure with the EP Secretariat
Please contact the EP DAO Office in order to inform them about your change of contract. They will contact the Records Office and fill in the necessary documents to open a new record for your future contract.
Step 2 : Procedure with the Users Office
Once the Records Office opens the new line please contact the Users Office before filling in an EDH Check List. You may be required to return your Swiss & French Cards.
Step 3 : Procedure with the ATLAS Secretariat
Please complete a new ATLAS registration Form and have it signed by your Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader. Please upload the registration form to the CERNBOX AND in parallel send an email to the ATLAS Secretariat to confirm once the document has been uploaded (subject line: ATLAS registration + Name).
